PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP PT. BHAKTI KARYA DISTRIBUSI INDONESIA CABANG LIMO DEPOK

This study aims to find out the Work Motivation and Work Culture at PT Bhakti Karya Distribusi Indonesia Cabang Limo Depok. This study used a quantitative associative research method, the population taken was 69 employees of PT Bhakti Karya Distribusi Indonesia Cabang Limo Depok and the sample technique used saturated samples, so that the number of respondents used as a sample was 69 people. The method of data collection is by means of distributing questionnaires, observations, and literature research. Data analysis methods using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Heterokedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determination Coefficient Test, and Significant Test (Calculated t Test and F Count Test).
From the results of the analysis, it was obtained that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bhakti Karya Distribution Indonesia Cabang Limo Depok with a determination of 64.4%., The hypothesis test was obtained thitung > ttable (2.149 > 0.236) this was strengthened with a significance of 0.035 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis, it was obtained that Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bhakti Karya Distribution Indonesia Cabang Limo Depok with a determination of 64.4%. The hypothesis test was obtained thitung > ttable (2.034 > 0.236) with a significance of 0.046 < 0.05. Thus, Work Motivation and Work Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bakti Karya Distribusi Indonesia Cabang Limo Depok with a determination of 64.4% while the remaining 35.6% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test used the statistical test Fhitung > Ftabel or (59.594 > 3.136), which was also strengthened with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
