This study aims to analyze the impact of a mentoring program on the development of employee intrapreneurial leadership within the context of human resource management (HRM). Mentoring programs are believed to enhance innovative capabilities, leadership responsibility, and entrepreneurial orientation within organizations. This study used quantitative methods with a survey approach involving 120 respondents from start-up and manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The results indicate that mentoring has a significant influence on the development of intrapreneurial dimensions such as proactivity, innovation, and risk-taking. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a structured mentoring strategy within HRM development policies to create intrapreneurial leaders capable of facing the challenges of modern business change.
